Master Captain's License Program

Earn a master captain’s license and take unlimited paying passengers on a vessel up to 100 GRT. The body of water, i.e., Inland, Great Lakes, or Near Coastal, and the size of the vessel you use for your sea service determines whether you earn a 25, 50, or 100-ton Master Captain’s License. This course will meet all of the requirements to obtain your Captain's License, assuming you have met the requirements for underway sea service time. In addition to the class, tuition includes books and application preparation, screening, submission, and support.

Captain's License must be obtained within one year of course completion.

Registration closes one week before the class starts.
