Boom / Scissor Lift Operator: Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Training (Embedded)


The AWP Training is a 4-hour class designed to train the operator on the proper use of Aerial Work Platforms (Boom Lifts and Scissor Lifts). All operators of AWP’s must be familiar with the controls and trained on the safe and proper use of the equipment. This class will feature some classroom and hands-on training to certify the operator on particular models. After passing the exam a wallet card is given out to each trainee for his or her records. The card will expire after 3-years from the date issued. This class does not qualify anyone to teach operator safety classes. This class is for operators only.
