| Whether we're the rookie or supporting the rookie, first-time leadership can be difficult. One of the more difficult aspects is trying to unlearn the bad lessons we've seen from pop culture and ineffective leaders. From there, growing into a respected leader takes time and understanding one's self. Participants will have the opportunity to identify leadership misunderstandings, their preferred leadership style, and how they want to show up as leaders. Then they will make the plan of action to put into play for themselves or share with the leader they're supporting.
