Critical Communication & Conflict Management

This class is a two-part session focusing on learning and understanding the most common communication barriers and how to overcome them. Understanding the fundamentals of conflict resolution, including conflict management styles, conflict strategy guidelines, and responding to criticism, will encompass the second half of the class. This training provides opportunities for employees to gain skills in understanding the importance of positive and effective communication to maintain open relationships and increase employee retention, as well as learn how to apply the new skills in different conflict scenarios in the workplace.
