Managing Your Job: Time Management and Prioritization

Maximizing your time in the workplace is not trying to do everything.  It’s about knowing the employer’s goal, and investing your time, energy, and focus to achieve it.  In this course, participants test their current time management skills, learn from five steps to increase dependability, and get practical tips for each so they can manage their time on the job (and off) to achieve their employer’s most important goals. (2 hours)
 
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this training program, participants will be able to:
•             View time management differently by focusing on key goals and vital tasks.
•             Understand how employers view and value time, and what they expect of workers.
•             Identify their time management strengths and weaknesses and gain practical strategies for improvement.
•             Learn from a framework for prioritizing tasks to get the important things done on times.
•             Development a personal plan to improve their time management skills in the workplace.
