| This program presents a unique and personal approach to safety, giving supervisors (and that means foremen, too!) the tools to deliver safety-related messages through personal involvement, going beyond the basic communication often practiced. Supervisors who are required to deliver safety training typically aren’t given anything but the standard message of “work safely” but aren’t given the tools to drive the importance of safety “home” to the listeners. This presentation will give them multiple methods for personalizing the safety message, often in ways most employees haven’t heard or thought of. Non-supervisory employees will benefit just as much because, as we all know, safety is everybody's business and concern!
