Rigging Awareness

In this four hour class we will discuss the requirements under Federal OSHA and Washington DOSH for having qualified riggers on your job site. The inspection and removal criteria for the more common types of rigging gear, slings and hardware, will be demonstrated. The basic expectations of a rigger will be discussed. This will include load control, hitch type, weight calculation, load angle factoring and more.
