Project Management

The Project Manager is responsible for everything that is required to make a project successful – to include, direct and indirect manifestation of the project. The Project Manager is at the center of everything that is related to the project. They are the “Control Central” Manager, monitoring and managing contributions from every level, seniors, peers and those managing the work as a team. Project Management should follow the full business cycle, from definition and justification of the project, through the delivering demonstrable benefits for the business.
