| Discover the art and craft of welding! In this six-part course, you'll learn the fundamentals of metal working while creating a simple and elegant sculpture of your own. Explore metal separation and joining processes, then cut and weld a project that you’ll be proud of. This class will focus on oxy-fuel setup, safety, and wire feed (MIG) welding. Clear safety glasses are required for the first class session and at all times in the lab. Students will provide their own personal protective clothing and a short list of tools. Required supplies will be discussed at the first session.
