Benefit from this introduction to a sport that you may enjoy for life. Begin with safety training and knot tying. Learn about belaying and climbing techniques. Gain confidence, body strength, balance, and endurance. Content designed for beginners or those with some rock-climbing experience. Fee includes use of all equipment. Students must be 18 years of age or older.

All equipment used in class activities is provided unless otherwise stated. Note- SWRC Rock Climbing classes are held indoors and are not weather-dependent.
