The second in a series of classes. These lessons focus on taking charge of your personal health and staying safe in both the adult and cyber worlds. Topics include, but are not limited to; your mental health, stress management, doctor's appointments, health insurance, choosing medicines at the pharmacy, your personal health information, vitamins and supplements, social media, identity theft, catfishing and phishing and cyber bullying. Snacks will be provided.

Please read:  Adulting 102-Your Health and Safety: Surviving in a World that Doesn’t Seem to Care The second in a series of classes designed to prepare young adults for the world beyond school, these lessons focus on your personal health and staying safe in both the adult and cyber worlds. Classes include, but aren’t limited to: your mental health, stress management, doctor’s appointments, health insurance, choosing medicines at the pharmacy, your personal health information, vitamins and supplements, social media, identity theft, catfishing and phishing, and cyber-bullying. This course covers 18 topics over 9 classes and is designed to help young adults take charge of their own health and arm them against the forces of evil that would see them fail in caring for themselves. As with Adulting 101 snacks are provided!
