Leading Through ChangeClass Information

Build practical skills for leading change by creating a clear vision, communicating transparently and frequently, aligning teams around shared goals and strategies, and developing champions of change by recognizing and using individual strengths. 

Prerequisites

  • Access to a computer or device with reliable internet service.
  • Zoom installed on your device. Download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings from zoom.us/download, or get the Zoom app from the app store for your mobile device.

Location

Live, online instruction via Zoom. Students will be emailed the Zoom meeting link prior to the scheduled meeting time.
