Process Mapping TechniquesClass Information

Discover basic Lean methods to identify wasteful processes and improve efficiency, and learn to distinguish between value-added and non-value-added activities that support effective process improvement.

Prerequisites

  • Access to a computer or device with reliable internet service.
  • Zoom installed on your device. Download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings from zoom.us/download, or get the Zoom app from the app store for your mobile device.

Location

Live, online instruction via Zoom. Students will be emailed the Zoom meeting link prior to the scheduled meeting time.
