Process Mapping TechniquesClass Information

This class provides an overview of process mapping techniques that apply to both manufacturing workflows and how information moves through decision-making. It complements the class on Improving Efficiency, and it can also be taken as a stand-alone option for participants who want practical methods to visualize and refine processes.

Prerequisites

  • Access to a computer or device with reliable internet service.
  • Zoom installed on your device. Download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings from zoom.us/download, or get the Zoom app from the app store for your mobile device.

Location

Live, online instruction via Zoom. Students will be emailed the Zoom meeting link prior to the scheduled meeting time.
