Prepare to launch your career in real estate with our Idaho Real Estate Salesperson Prelicense classes. These courses meet the Idaho Real Estate Commission requirement of completing 90 hours of approved pre-licensing education. Key details include:

  • Schedule: Classes run Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Format: Training is delivered through two one-week modules, Module 1 and Module 2.
  • Required Exams: Each module concludes with a required exam.
  • Completion Verification: Upon successful completion of Module 2, students receive documentation verifying completion of the full 90 hours of Idaho Real Estate Commission–approved prelicense education, which is required when applying for an Idaho real estate license.
