Class Information Leading Through Change

Strengthen your ability to lead your organization and teams through change. You’ll learn how to define and accept your role in change, create a clear vision, and apply practical frameworks, plans and strategies to become a more effective change leader. Leadership is especially important in these times of vivid, unprecedented and often unpredictable change. As a manager, you are often the first example employees look to when they need to adopt change or understand how a change affects them personally. This workshop will help you lead with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

• Computer or Device: Computer or tablet with high-speed internet connection is required.
