The Second year of the Construction Apprenticeship covers a wide variety of content including commercial drawings, roofing applications, thermal and moisture protection, exterior finishing, cold-formed steel framing, drywall installation, drywall finishing, doors and door hardware, suspended ceilings, window, door, floor, and ceiling trim, and cabinet installation and more. The Construction Apprenticeship is a 4-year program that requires 160 hours of Related Technical Instruction (RTI) annually and 6,000-8,000 hours of on-the-job learning.
